SO, WHAT EXACTLY IS OUR BODY'S ENERGY?

 

The energy of a human being is known as the bio-field, and many cultures have recognized the existence of this energy. It is called Ki in Japan, Qi in China, and Prana in India. For thousands of years, practitioners and healers from around the world have understood that the balanced flow of this vital "life-force energy" is necessary in maintaining optimal health.

 

This energy flows into our energy centers (chakras) in our bodies. The chakras transform energy received from the Cosmos and the Earth into the specific vibrational frequencies required for each of our body systems.  Energy lines called "meridians" carry our vital energy around the body to all the bones, muscles, organs, tissues and cells.  When our bio-energy is balanced and flowing freely, our bodies are in a natural state of health.  When this energy becomes blocked or stagnant from everyday stress, mental/physical trauma and the like, your health can become affected over time, such as manifesting into pain and disease.
